Tilman 3152

One design, four leathers. The Tilman 3152 is the unlined version of the Tilman, and the set covers it in black, brown, chestnut and London tan.

The form is the same each time: a rounded flap over a front panel, a short leather handle on top with rings at the corners, and a latch hooked through a stitched leather loop at the center. The black case has a nickel latch and a shoulder strap lying in front of it. The brown, chestnut and tan cases carry a brass latch, and the handle is wrapped in the same color as the body.

Chestnut is a deep reddish brown, and the London tan is a bright, clean orange-tan. The brown is darker and glossy, almost plum in the light. On the black case a ball chain hangs from the latch, and with the flap lifted the inside shows plain leather with a row of nickel rivets.
