Tilman Authentic 2057

Matte black, with a brass latch. The Tilman Authentic 2057 is a different mood from the glossy black cases.

The surface is dull and mottled. In the close photograph it shows gray cloud marks over the black. Flat against the matte, the brass latch stands out, hooked through a stitched leather loop at the center of the flap.

The handle is a flat strip of leather that lies close to the top, held by two brass rivets at each end; from above, it is nothing more than a dark band with two bright dots. The case is shown straight on and tilted back on its side, with the flap curved over the front.
