Achilles 43.1: Red and Burgundy

The Achilles is a briefcase style I developed in 2024, and 43.1 is the red one. A red flap sits over a dark burgundy body, and a knuckle handle rises out of the top of the flap.

The lock is a tactical quick-release buckle on a red leather strap, so the front reads as red leather, dark leather and metal and nothing else. An oval leather patch carries the Marcellino name on the flap.

I photographed this one outdoors under a cherry tree in bloom. The red shoulder strap is lying on the ledge in front of the case in those shots.
