Thomas More 1910

Thomas More 1910 has a lock in the middle of the flap, and the lock is round and brass.

Two straps run down either side of it, each closing in a brass buckle. Brass rings sit at the top corners. The leather is tan English bridle, stitched in a light thread that shows against it, and the edges are dark.

The photographs were taken at the edge of a marsh. In one the case hangs from a bare branch with the water behind it. In another it stands on a rock, seen from the side, where the layers of the case show as a stack of dark lines.

Looked at from above, the top carries a handle and a strap fitting with a ring.
