Newton 2019

Newton 2019 pairs burgundy leather with a pale natural tan.

The outside is a deep burgundy with darker clouding near the edges. The sides and gusset are left in an undyed tan, so a pale band runs around the base of the case and shows from every angle except head-on. The flap has an angled shape, cut with straight sides rather than a round curve.

A latch tab in the same pale leather hangs from the flap and meets a black buckle. A stitched handle on the top is fixed at each end with a short tab of tan leather.

Open the flap and a tan leather panel lies against the inside, stitched around its edge. The panel looks like a pocket. It is the same pale color as the gusset, which ties the interior to the outside.

On the end view the case is slim, and the handle sits low.
