Johannes Kepler 2412

Kepler 2412 is a vertical briefcase in chestnut bridle leather, a tall, narrow case that carries like a satchel.

In the video I talk about remaking an older Kepler style, and this is the result: a flap that folds over the front, a brass latch to close it, and a handle on top. A long adjustable strap with brass hooks lets it hang from the shoulder.

Open the flap and the lining shows a dark pattern against the red-brown of the outside.

From the side the case is a flat plank. From below, it shows the strip of leather that runs across the base, with rings at both ends where the strap attaches.
