Johannes Kepler 2411

Kepler 2411 is the dark brown version of the vertical briefcase, with cream stitching that shows against the leather like chalk on a blackboard.

The flap folds down over the front and is held by a nickel quick-release latch. An arched handle rises from the top, and a ring on the side takes the shoulder strap.

Turned on its end, the case shows its bottom edge: a strip of leather riveted across the base with a curve in the middle, the stitching running its full length.

The tag in the photos is my hang tag, left on for the shoot. Under it the leather has the soft, even finish of the darker hides, and I kept the design simple enough to let it show.
