Jefferson 1611

Jefferson 1611 is black English bridle leather, hand stitched, with a saddle tan calf lining that I dyed by hand and a palladium Hampton combination clock lock at the center of the flap.

The black has a deep polish to it, and the lock is the one bright object on the front. A closeup shows the lock plate with its rivets and the stitched ring around it.

A shoulder strap goes with it. The strap has a padded section dyed the same tan as the lining, so the color inside the case shows up outside on the pad.

The back carries a slip pocket across its width, and a handle rises from the top with a metal hook at each end. The case is built in two sections, with a gusset on each.
