Jefferson 1610

Jefferson 1610 is a tan briefcase with black where it counts: the handle, the edges of the gussets and the shoulder strap that comes with it.

The lock is a round nickel combination plate set into the flap, ringed with hand stitching. A closeup shows its rivets and the dial mechanism catching the light, and it is the sharpest thing on the case.

The black shows up again inside the gussets. From the side you can see the dark leather folded between the tan panels, and a small pocket tab at the edge.

The strap is a plain black piece with a hook at each end, and it sits across the top of the case in one of the photos like a handle that has not been fastened yet.
