Hōnen 454: Tan Leather Briefcase with Brass Lock and Strap Keeper (very early version)

Hōnen 454 is a tan leather briefcase with a brass lock and a short handle. A leather strap loops down from the top of the flap and ends in a small keeper beside the lock.

These photographs are from the making of it. One shows the case from the front, one from the top edge where the handle is attached, and one under the flap beside the lock.

The last one has the case standing open on a rug, with things inside.
