Durkheim 1479

Durkheim 1479 spent part of its photo session outdoors, set down in front of bronze and stone sculptures. The case is cognac, a warm orange-brown that holds its own against green lawn and bare winter trees.

The flap covers most of the front. Two buckled straps run down it, and a third strap in the center fastens with a hook. A leather handle sits on top, with a metal ring where it meets the case.

The close-up of the handle shows the ring, the stitching and the black edge along the seam.

The photographs below show it at the foot of a statue and from the side.
