Bartolomeo Vanzetti 1950: Black Flap on Tan

Bartolomeo Vanzetti 1950 is a two-tone briefcase. A black flap with a rounded front edge covers a tan body, and the line between the two colors is the whole design.

A brass combination lock sits at the center of the flap, framed in a black leather surround. A tan handle rises above it, stitched at each end.

On the side, the flap’s lower edge carries a row of notches cut and laced with tan, a detail that shows only from the side. Inside, the body is lined in a pale suede, and a row of black leather loops runs along the back.

Here are the photos.
