Jefferson 1613

Jefferson 1613 is a brown briefcase with a blue secret. The outside is warm, reddish brown leather, and the inside of the flap is a bright blue.

A brass combination lock sits in the center of the flap with a ring of stitching around it. The shoulder strap that goes with it is blue as well, with brass hooks at both ends, so the color in the lining comes out into the open.

On the back there is a slip pocket running across the width, and a handle with brass fittings sits on top.

The contrast is the whole idea. Brown leather says restraint, and the blue says there is more going on once the flap is lifted.
