This briefcase includes a complimentary matching leather belt. If sufficient leather remains after cutting the briefcase (which is usually the case), I will craft a matching belt. On the rare occasion that there isn’t enough leather from the same hide, I will use stock leather in a different color. The Habermas is one of my original classic briefcase designs with a long history of refinement. Originally designed for New York lawyers, this style has stood the test of time and has been updated over the years to reach its current, optimal form. It is a durable and a practical choice for busy attorneys that is made to last for years or even decades.

* Style Adjustment – The leather loop now only comes with a chain that attaches to the top of the latch and is removable, not the snap on leather loop Showen in the photos. The removable chain is the better option. This also now comes with an adjustable shoulder strap with the rings on top.
