The Ethan Allen 447 is the simple modern one: a standard 16 x 12 briefcase with a single 2 inch compartment, hand stitched in black English bridle leather, with a red suede lining and a newspaper pocket on the back. It closes with a nickel thumb catch, a push and it is shut, and the handle is cross stitched at the bottom. The video below walks through this exact case.
